The service selected online or requested by phone is based on the information provided at the time of booking. Once you arrive, your technician will examine your nails and confirm the service actually required. For example, a guest may request a Shellac manicure but already have Bio Gel, Acrylic, extensions, or another enhancement product underneath the polish. In this situation, the service required may be different from the service originally requested or booked. Existing product, lifting, damaged nails, extensions, nail length, product from another salon, removal requirements, or other factors may affect the service required and the final price. If your service or price needs to change, your technician will explain the change and confirm the total price with you before beginning. By approving the service and allowing your technician to proceed, you are accepting the confirmed service and quoted price
