Welcome to Sparkle Organic Nails & Spa. These Terms & Conditions apply when you visit our website, book an appointment, purchase services, purchase products, buy or redeem gift cards or certificates, or receive services at Sparkle Organic Nails & Spa.By using our website, booking an appointment, or receiving services from us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Business Information

Sparkle Organic Nails & Spa is located at:1329 Fuller Street, Unit #4 London, Ontario Canada Website: www.sparkleorganicnails.caWe provide nail salon, spa, beauty, and wellness services, including manicures, pedicures, Bio Gel, Acrylic enhancements, nail art, honey waxing, children’s spa services, and Vietnamese Head Spa treatments.

2. Appointments & Booking

Appointments are booked through our online booking system or any other booking method approved by Sparkle Organic Nails & Spa.When booking an appointment, you are responsible for selecting the correct service, date, time, and technician where applicable. If you are unsure which service to select, please contact us before booking.Appointment times are reserved specifically for each client. Please arrive on time so we can provide your full service without affecting other clients.

3. Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, your service may need to be shortened, modified, or rescheduled depending on technician availability and the salon schedule.If you are significantly late, your appointment may be treated as missed or cancelled.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so as early as possible through the booking system or by contacting the salon.For the best scheduling experience, we ask that clients cancel or reschedule at least 2 hours before the appointment time.Repeated last-minute cancellations, missed appointments, or no-shows may result in a requirement to prepay or provide a deposit for future bookings.

5. Group Bookings

For group bookings, including bridal parties, birthday bookings, spa parties, or bookings for multiple guests, each guest may need to be booked separately depending on technician availability.Group appointments are subject to availability and may require a deposit or special booking confirmation. Any deposit requirement will be communicated before the booking is confirmed.

6. Service Pricing

Service prices are listed on our website, booking platform, or in-salon menu. Prices may vary depending on the service selected, nail length, product used, design complexity, removal requirements, add-ons, and the amount of time required.We aim to confirm pricing before starting your service. If your requested service changes during the appointment, or if additional work is requested, the final price may change. We will do our best to explain and confirm any price change before continuing.All prices are subject to applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

7. Nail Art, Custom Designs & Inspiration Photos

Nail art is not included in the base price of Bio Gel, Acrylic, manicure, or pedicure services unless specifically stated.Nail art pricing depends on the number of nails designed, design complexity, nail length, materials used, and time required.Clients are encouraged to show inspiration photos at the beginning of the appointment. Our nail technicians will do their best to recreate the look, but exact duplication cannot be guaranteed because nail shape, nail length, products, colours, lighting, and each artist’s technique may vary.Highly detailed, custom, 3D, character, chrome, French, ombré, or hand-painted designs may require additional time and may need to be booked as a separate add-on.

8. Service Results & Client Responsibility

We take pride in providing professional service and quality results. However, final results can vary based on your natural nails, nail condition, nail length, lifestyle, aftercare, and the service selected.Clients are responsible for following proper aftercare instructions. Nail enhancements may chip, lift, break, or wear faster if exposed to excessive force, harsh chemicals, improper removal, picking, biting, or lack of aftercare.Please tell your technician before your service begins if you have allergies, sensitivities, damaged nails, skin irritation, cuts, infections, recent procedures, or any condition that may affect your service.

9. Health, Safety & Right to Refuse Service

For the health and safety of our clients and staff, we reserve the right to refuse, stop, or modify a service if we believe it may be unsafe or inappropriate.We may refuse or stop a service if a client has visible signs of infection, open wounds, severe irritation, contagious conditions, unsafe nail conditions, aggressive behaviour, harassment, intoxication, or any conduct that creates a risk to staff, clients, or the salon.If we cannot safely perform a service, we may recommend that you seek medical advice before rebooking.

10. Children’s Services & Minors

Children’s services must be booked by a parent or legal guardian. A parent or guardian must remain responsible for the child while inside the salon.For minors receiving services, Sparkle Organic Nails & Spa may require parent or guardian consent depending on the service requested.

11. Payments

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in advance.We may accept cash, debit, credit card, gift cards, or other approved payment methods. Accepted payment methods may change from time to time.Promotions, discounts, coupons, and special offers cannot be combined unless specifically stated.

12. Deposits & Prepayments

Certain services, long appointments, custom sets, group bookings, bridal bookings, or appointments requiring extended technician time may require a deposit or prepayment.Deposit terms will be explained before the appointment is confirmed. Deposits may be non-refundable if the client cancels late, does not attend, or fails to follow the booking requirements communicated at the time of booking.

13. Gift Cards & Gift Certificates

Dollar-value gift cards purchased from Sparkle Organic Nails & Spa may be used toward eligible services or products at the salon, subject to any stated conditions.Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law. Sparkle Organic Nails & Spa is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorized use of gift cards.Gift cards or certificates issued for a specific service may be subject to additional terms, including expiry dates where permitted by law. Any restrictions or conditions will be stated clearly at the time of purchase or on the gift card or certificate.

14. Refunds, Corrections & Service Concerns

Because salon and spa services require technician time, products, and appointment availability, completed services are generally non-refundable.If you are unhappy with your service, please contact us as soon as possible. We may offer a correction, adjustment, or other reasonable solution at our discretion, depending on the situation.To help us properly assess the concern, clients should contact the salon within 48 hours of the appointment and avoid altering, removing, or having another salon work on the service before we review it.Corrections may not be available for damage caused by client aftercare, accidents, picking, biting, improper removal, harsh chemicals, or normal wear and tear.

15. Promotions & Special Offers

Promotions, discounts, packages, and limited-time offers are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the promotion.Promotions may have start dates, end dates, service exclusions, technician limitations, booking requirements, or other conditions.Sparkle Organic Nails & Spa may modify or end promotions at any time, subject to applicable law.

18. Photos, Social Media & Marketing

Sparkle Organic Nails & Spa may photograph completed nail or spa results for portfolio, educational, social media, or marketing purposes.We will not intentionally publish identifying personal information without consent. If you do not want your service photographed or posted, please tell your technician before or during your appointment.Clients may tag or mention Sparkle Organic Nails & Spa on social media. By tagging us or sending us content, you allow us to repost or share that content unless you tell us otherwise.

19. Personal Information & Privacy

When you book an appointment, contact us, purchase a gift card, or use our website, we may collect personal information such as your name, phone number, email address, appointment history, service preferences, and payment-related information.We use this information to manage appointments, provide services, communicate with clients, process payments, respond to inquiries, improve our services, and meet legal or business requirements.We do not sell client personal information.Personal information may be handled by third-party service providers such as booking platforms, payment processors, website hosts, or communication tools. 20. Allergies, Sensitivities & Medical Conditions

Clients are responsible for informing Sparkle Organic Nails & Spa of any allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, pregnancy-related concerns, skin conditions, nail conditions, or other issues that may affect the safety or suitability of a service.Our services are cosmetic and wellness services. They are not medical treatments and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sparkle Organic Nails & Spa is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, booking system, services, products, or salon facilities.Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Clients are expected to behave respectfully toward staff, technicians, other clients, and salon property.We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel appointments, or ask a client to leave if they engage in threatening, abusive, discriminatory, harassing, unsafe, or inappropriate behaviour.
