Do I need to wash my hair beforehand?
No. Shampooing is included in every package, so you can arrive with washed or unwashed hair. If possible, skip heavy styling products on the day of your visit.
Is a blow-dry included?
Yes. Express Head Spa, Essential Refresh, Sparkle Signature and Deluxe VIP Escape all include a blow-dry finish, along with shampooing and conditioning.
Can I combine Head Spa with a manicure or pedicure?
Yes. Let us know which services you would like when booking so we can plan the timing. Explore our nail and spa services or call for help arranging your visit.
Can I come in without an appointment?
Walk-ins are welcome when availability allows. Call before coming for a same-day visit. For a specific package and appointment time, booking ahead is the best way to plan.
